How to Make a Complaint

We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days of receipt.

Investigation

We will investigate your complaint thoroughly and aim to provide a full response within 8 weeks. If we require more time, we will write to explain the reason for the delay.

Final Response

Our final response will set out our findings and any steps we propose to take. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to escalate your complaint.

Financial Ombudsman Service

If you remain dissatisfied after receiving our final response, or if 8 weeks have elapsed without a final response, you may refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS):
